A light blonde ale with a zesty, crisp finish. A crisp maltiness is complimented by the floral sherbet of Styrian Bobek hops, making Abbey Blonde a deliciously refreshing summer’s beer.

Bottle picked by dad from brewery cheers dad, shared with Dad, Saturday 23rd December whilst preparing Zarzuela. Pours crystal clear gold with a clean white head. Aroma is subtle, perhaps a little fruit and touch of malt, some toffee. Lacks a crispness and not very bitter, it's ok. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Bottle from Cooperative Supermarket, Hebden Bridge. Blonde with a small head. Its toffee gives off a soapy-hoppy aroma and taste, with a hint of citrus.

Bottle from the Co-op in Bridlington. Gold and fizzy with a small, vanishing white head. Looks like a pale lager and smells quite like one too- the whiff had more than a hint of Stella about it. The taste is a bit better- light citrus and green leaf with floral hints. Ok swill for helping wash down some fish and chips.
