Smells flowery, more like a triple/blond, slightly fruity sourness, sour dough, not a typical kvass (had only one though) , the whole bottle would be too much..

At Brugs Bierfestival, 4 February 2018. Cheers to Anke & Pieter!
Hazy dark golden/amber with a diminishing, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of bread, dough, yeast, blue & red berries, sugar, apple and caramel. Tastes medium to heavy berry-like/sugary sweet with hints of dough and light hoppy bitter, leading to a dry, alcoholic finish. Medium body, slick/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Interesting brew.

Bottle that I picked up at Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie, consumed at Fairports, Cropredy Festival on Saturday 13th August 2016 A fruity robust Belgian Strong, reasonably tasty but not really wowing me. A little hedgerow fruits tend to blunt the sweetness and this has a little dryness at the end, its ok though its another one that I was glad to have shared with Craig. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Bottle of 75 cl, with very strong pressure: I felt the cork rising from the bottle neck immediately upon removing the muselet and it shot out of the bottle upon releasing it, to land a few metres further. No gushing though. Irregular, moussy, cobweb-lacing, off-white head over a misty peach blonde beer with orangey hue, turning deeper amberish and fully clouded with sediment added. Aroma of peach, raisin bread, banana, pineapple, caramel, apple sauce, yellow raisins, orange peel, mandarin, baker’s yeast, brandy and indeed a hint of dried blueberries. Fruity, estery onset, quite vivid with impressions of banana, peach and orange, some underlying soft sourishness which may or may not represent blueberries, medium carbonation, lingering white candi sugar and effectively apple syrup, almost cloying sweetness, bit honeyish in flavor too, and lasting till deep into the finish, spanning a caramelly malt backbone and a touch of faint earthy hop bitterishness in the tail; a certain blueberry flavor is still noticeable even after having been processed into bread before they went into the beer, but alcohol is very present as well, palpable from the start and heating up the finish with a brandy-like flavor. Too sweet and too alcoholic to be truly great, but interesting in being conceptually different, like the other BOM beers.
