Can, undated, from CLW. Thanks, Chris. Drunk 6/24/25.
Clear blonde-golden. Large, rocky, white head settles out at spotty cover.
Herbal nose with grassiness and some spice. Lots of honey-like malts to balance. Pinch of sourdough on the end. Quite hoppy!
Lovely texture, wow! Rich sourdough baguette coated with honey, with a strong, dried herb and grass character from the strong, spicy hops. You could certainly accuse it of being over-hopped, but they're noble hops, so it's pretty endearing. Rich and malty, spicy and clean.

Can from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Clear, pale yellow, tons of sparkle, thick head with excellent retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong pale malts, light fruit, cracker. Taste is strong pale malts, vague fruit, cracker. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, super dry, crisp finish.

16 oz can from the source. Bread and hay aromas. Crisp with lemon and sourdough front to back. Medium length earthy finish. Low hop element with a lot of bread. Somewhat crisp in texture. Solid enough for the style.

Can thanks to BillyT for the can. It pours hazy yellow - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, clean, summer meadow, daisies, grass, freshly baked bread, twist of lemon - lime, white grape and gooseberry. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, touch of bitterness, green, grassy, herbal, peppery spice, cracker, bready, waxy citrus, fragrant and floral with a drying finish. Medium body and fine to moderate carbonation. Quite a hearty malt base. Works well.

Pours a slightly unclear blonde, medium sized white head. Scent is full, noticeable hops. Bit creamy, soft. Taste is full, very fresh and crisp. Malty, creamy, mild bitterness - to my surprise . Very elegant. Ends a bit sweet, even. Medium carbonation. lovely, not amazing, and not as hop-forward as I had expected.

Can at the beer garden. Golden with small white head that lasts. The aroma is toasted malt, biscuit, grass. Light body, wet biscuit, toasted grain, light crisp finish, very good.

Can from Chris and Ryan: pours pale gold with white head. Aroma is grainy, some grass, hints of citrus. Taste is somewhat bitter (but hardly, really). Crisp and clean. Slightly bitter. Solid pils but not mindblowing.
