From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and light peachy to citrusy. Barnyard, brett and orange fruity. Smooth fruity and light bretty crisp finish, nice.

Small white head over hazy blond beer. Very nice citrussy-Bretty (like USA Wyeastlabs Bretts) nose. Again that farmyard,- bretty flavour, with a toasted finish. Excellent balance and good complexity; citrushints. Well-carbonated, bit sharpish MF. Light body - or rather well-attenuated. My friend, how keep you doing it? Everytime it is something worth seeking out...

Bottle sample @ 18de Kerstbierfestival, Essen 2012.

15/XII/12 - 75cl bottle @ Kerstbierenfestival (Essen) - BB: n/a (2012-1371)

Little cloudy orange beer, creamy white head, bit stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: yeasty, basement, bit sour, grapes, white wine, bit cheesy, fruity, herbal. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, citrus, pretty bitter, white grapes, dry. Aftertaste: piny, bit chemical bitterness, dry ending, bit sour. Has this been put on fresh oak or white wine barrels or something? It sort of works, but not really.
