Gents bierfestival Nr 5 Pours unclear yellow, no real head . Smell is bitter , grainy, fruity , sweet . Taste is bitter, sweet , orange , hoppy , intense , fruity . nice !

Sampled @ Gents Bierfestival 2014. 33 cl. bottle. Small spare off-white head. Cloudy yellow. Touch lactic ginger, lemonade, lemon, sweet sugar taste, odd. Taste is hay, cereal, citrus, lemon, soap, ginger, lemonade, thick yeast, white sugar, lactic,… Bit yeasty body. Odd, didn’t taste all right to me. These flavours didn’t seem sensible or all that enjoyable to me.

Lightly gushing to huge, very fine and dense white head from faintly hazed orange-golden beer. White candi Sugar, faintly spiced malts in the nose, leading to a bit grassy, alcohol-dry smelling beer. Dry-bitter, hoppy, even a tad walnutpeel, long-lasting. Wild herbs, yeast and a metallic finish. Medium bodied, quite slick, well-carbonated feel. Not half bad, nothing special. Txs to Tim!

Little hazy light orange beer, creamy irregular white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very sweet and fruity, banana, banana candy, bit floral, honey, yeast. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, malty, yeast, some banana, white candi sugar. Aftertaste: little bitter, floral, grassy hops, yeast, green banana peel, bit metallic, lemony touch, bitter ending.
