It must require a cool head to drive through fields, in close proximity to field-workers, collecting hop bines in synchronisation with top-cutter machines, before transporting truckloads back to processing plants, and then assisting in hooking them onto the conveyor system, before heading back out
for another load.

Most of the drivers we saw up-close during our 2019 trip to Yakima were Hispanic women. Whilst craft beer has a gender imbalance, with most brewery staff identifying as male, the hops we use wouldn’t get to us without the incredible efforts of a great many hard-working women.

Aftertaste: weird bitterness, tropical fruit flavoured bubble gum, peach flavoured candy, dry, bit spicy and herbal finish.

Can from Cloudwater online shop. Hazy golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lime, mint and grapefruit sweets. Flavour of mojito, minerals and orange. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Sabro has such mojito-like qualities. This is one of the most unique IPAs I’ve tried to date, which is incredible considering it’s brewed with a single hop. Everything comes together beautifully in this.

30th April 2020
Can. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, light, decent fine carbonation. Smooth and slightly creamy malts provide an excellent base for Sabro loveliness. Lovely bright slightly ripe pineapple, touch of coconut cream underneath. Nice smooth but bright citrus and smooth pine are well integrated and underneath. Trace of floral lime emerges on the finish along with a mellow citric peel bitterness. Delightful.
