Behind online influencers, culture-affirming bar tenders, opining beer writers, rock-star brewers, celebrated growers, and ingredients suppliers, are thousands of field workers. Without the toil, work-ethic, and persistence of the largely Hispanic workforce across ranches and processing plants in Yakima, the Centennial in this IPA would have never made it out of the fields. Please raise your glass, in thanks to each and every one!

Can at home picked up from cloudwater online. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is Aroma is really fragrant pine, po perrie, zippy lemon, squeeze of lime, clean malts. Flavour is composed of crisp, modest base malts, fragrant, pine needles, sap, zippy lemon, citrus oils. A really clear demonstration of the hops. Palate is clean and semi crisp, highish carbonation . Good stuff.

30th April 2020
Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth creamy malts and semi sweet malts provide a great base for the Centennial hops. Centennial bring an excellent mix of tangerine and lemon with a spicy and bitter yellow grapefruit backdrop. Smooth pine runs throughout. Finishes smooth with some pithy bitterness and a touch of Yuzu. Very good indeed. The layered hop complexities of Centennial are writ large here. What a great showcase for one of the old new wave.

Can: Poured a burnt orange with a frothy finger and half off white head. Aroma was citrus orange when can popped, light melon, some tropical fruits. Taste is a zesty citrus fruits, orange, grapefruit, lemony, very straight forward with a nice malt balance.
