12 ounce bottle into signature tulip glass, best before 11/16/2014. Pours fairly crystal clear deep golden color with a 2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pine, floral, grass, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of bright citrus/pine hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pine, floral, grass, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Good amount of pine/citrus rind bitterness; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon/orange zest, citrus rind, pine, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity and balance of bright citrus/pine hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; with a crisp malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, crisp, and moderately sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent IPA. All around great complexity and balance of bright citrus/pine hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottle from GBBF 2014 and drunk at home. Clear gold amber with lasting white head. Some pine resiny grapefruit hop on the aroma. Quite piney flavour in the mouth. Smooth creamy palate. Quite bitter on the finish with an almost cascadey type flavour on the finish. Enormously drinkable, fresh and just mind blowingly good. Well constructed and just delicious. So fresh too. Just outrageously good. Lovely IPA. I am in love.

65 cl. bottle split by 3 @ “Memorabel Tastingkje”. Thanks to tderoeck! Spare off-white lightly cloudy, lighter lemon golden. Mellow juicy hops, hay, white grape, pine, grass, lemon, plenty of citrus, faint ginger, floral, very easy to drink citrus punch. Very light, super easy to drink, soft carbonation, touch watery body – in a good way meaning this drinks like water, supremely sessionable. I could drink this all day long, great session beer. I can see why this one comes in a big bottle.

Clear blond to orange beer, creamy beige to yellowish irregular head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very piny, grassy, little fruity, mango, resinous. MF: ok carbon, medium body. taste: very piny, sweet mango, bitter, hoppy, some citrus, lychee. Aftertaste: sweet malts, caramel, fruity, bitter, citrus, bit piny, very resinous.

355ml can. BBE 24 june 14. Golden color, frothy white head. Nice fruity, lychee, grapefruity aroma. Smooth. Flavor has tropical fruits, citrus, lychee. Bitter aggressive finish. Solid.

Bottle. A- Citrus, piney. A- Amber copper color, clear liquid, white head. T- Citrus, piney, spruce, bitter. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- A great IPA and a nice amount of citrus to balance the bitterness.

Bottle at Champps DTW. Clear medium amber with a small white head leaving nice lace. Lots of floral hops and pine on the nose but also a hint of skunkiness. Nice and bitter throughout with a malt presence to balance without presenting any forward sweetness. A slightf metallic aftertaste that is a bit distracting. Medium slick mouth with moderate carbonation. Need to try this on tap.

The appearance has a golden colored body with a two finger white foamy head that rose and settled slowly. Decent amount of foamy lacing graced the sides of the glass. Carbonation was seen lightly rising in streams.
The smell has a floral/light fruit hops with some light malts coming through as it warms.
The taste has a combined bittersweetness through previously mentioned flavors.
The palate is about a light to medium, is sessionable, and has a bittersweet aftertaste and finish.
Overall, this is a pretty good AIPA that I would have again.
