330ml bottle. Barely clear, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minmally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish and tart-ish, fruity and mildly funky aroma, notes of yellow apple, some quince, some lactic and some fruit acid, malty background, minimal jelly bear character overall. Taste is sweet-and-sour, minimally dry fruity, notes of quince, red and yellow apple, apple juice, a lactic and fruit acidic touch. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, rather coarse, prickly carbonation. Nice.

Spritziger, frisch apfeliger Beginn. Milde Säure, ein wenig trocken, minimal Quitte. Trockener werdend, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung, konstante Aromatik. Mittellanger Nachhall, erfrischend. 9/11/11/12/11/12

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, bottled in January 2020. Gusher! Slightly hazy, golden amber with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, rather fruity and a little funky aroma of ripe apples, some quince, hints of lemon and traces of hay. Quite sour, fairly fruity, slightly funky taste of ripe apples, quince, some lemon, a touch of rhubarb and traces of sourdough, followed by a medium long, quite tart, fairly dry and a little funky finish. Thin to medium body, gently astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant beer, very refreshing and thirst-quenching, a little more funk would have made it a bit more complex.
