3 Fonteinen Robijn is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries on lambic in a toasted oak barrel, for at least four months and in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. This sour cherry lambic is then blended with more lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit. The kriek lambic ferments in the bottle for at least another five months, and develops into a more complex Oude Kriek. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added. Bottle fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense Tasting. Winther - Corona 2nd wave. Pours Hazy pinkish with a bubbly head. Intense cherries and Wood with a touch of spices. Slight gløgg. Overly tasty. Dry. Low carbonation.

8-4-8-4-16 Bottle, assemblage no 70,seizoen 18 19, 1,5 years after bottling. Pours translucent red, with a small rocky head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of krieks, musty fruit peel and bretty notes of berries and minerals, as well as tannins and wooden barrels. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is acidic, with currants, sour cherries, musty fruit peel and bretty notes of berries and leather, as well as tannins and wooden barrels. Astringent, dry finish.

Bottle, from 3F via Etre, I think. Colour of beetroot juice. No head. Nose has cherry jelly. Some vanilla. Ground almond. Touch of new leather. Taste is semi sweet, with a big hit of cherry stone bitterness. Fairly smooth mouthfeel. Pretty acidic. Low carbonation. Tart and sour finish. Not much finesse with this one.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a cloudy dark ruby with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong cherry skin, funk, earth, oak. Slick body, jammy, cherry, funky, light tartness, oak, very nice.

Aromat zajebiscie wisniowy, skorkowy, pestkowy, w tpe nieco skorzanej dziczyzny. W uscie minimalni gorzej jak dla mnie, bo duza kwasnosc. Ale zapach > niz niejeden 3f schaarbeekse. Robi wrazenie. 4.3-

Bottle, assemblage no. 100 - seizoen 18/19, bottled 07/08/19. Gusher. Color: Hazy pinkish red, light pink head. Aroma: Quite subtle funky and cherry, light tart, cherry pie. Taste: Medium tart, moderate sweet, cherries, some hay and grassy hints, some cherry stone, wheat malt, subtle funk and oak, citrus notes. Very well balanced. Dry-ish and bit astringent mouthfeel. Very light bitterness. Nice one.
