Can picked up from Craftbeershop webshop, Parchim, Germany and consumed at home Saturday 30th May 2026 sat in the porch after a couple of hours of mowing the lawns we then had two terrific thunderstorms. We had Saffron and Lemon Chicken with Flatbread for tea. Listening to the album Geese - Getting Killed..Pours dark gold, mostly clear with a large white head. The nose is mostly piney but a little grape and citrus are also present. Similar in the mouth but citrus comes to the fore and mostly grapefruit. Pleasant but not too pushy hoppiness, decent without quite wowing me. Score:7.1

31 December 2025. New Year’s Eve tasting - cheers to all!

A: clear golden, stable, frothy, off-white head.
A: ripe grape, melon, onion, sweat, pine, biscuit.
T: sweet melon & mandarin, bitter pine & grapefruit.
F: bitter piney hops, grapefruit peel, onion.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Pretty solid.

Can in 't Brugs Beertje on 11th November 2025. Slightly hazed golden orange body, white crown. Hop front to the nose and taste, citrus fruits to the fore, some bitterness in there too, then a sweetness arrives with a caramel feel, before the finish reverts to the hops and a mini dryness.

Lichtbruin bier met schuim. Smaak is fruitig bitter met iets van ananas, wat hars en een beetje kruidige bloemen. Mooi bier met een fijne bittere afdronk.

Keg at special belge taproom. Pours golden, nose is grapefruit, floral, toffee, taste is similar, sweet. --- Beer merged from original tick of Oh My Dear- Bottle on 26 Sep 2023 at 19:09 - Score: 7

Light copper colour with big fluffy head. Loads of grapefruit citrus pithy elements. Juicy and bitter.

Very good, huge,dense & fine off-white head over hazy copper-amber beer, finely carbonated. Intense nose, bit boozy as brandy, caramel. Some vegetables, banana. Huge head hampers nasal perception. Warming up, hint at turpentine. Dry, dusty, vegetable hops with some resins, pine. Oxydation, seems a bit prematurely aged. Finish are dry hopoils, with always some caramel, toasted malts, and preserved orange peel. Rather well-bodied, very hopoilslick, viscous. Medium carbonation. In the end, pleasing beer, but as a hoppy IPA, I would have favoured more bitter, citrussy notes.


2nd try Bottle date 20-07-22 Good just off-white head, dense, over hazy orangeish beer. Asafoetida, exotic fruit as passion fruit, grapefruit(peel), bit of wheat, Thai green eggplant. Dry-bitterish taste, but still with quite some restsugars. Again citrus & exotic fruit. Light to medium bodied, good carbonation, bit oily-slick. Quite good. Got +1 point for the nose.
