Belgian Wits are traditionally brewed with orange peel and coriander, so to add a flavourful and modern twist on a classic we enlisted the help of our pals at Genuine Tea. We replaced the orange peel with another classic - Earl Grey. Made with the oil of Bergamot Orange citrus, the tea gives this beer a unique flavour while honouring the classic beer style.

Can as Collective Arts Earl Grey Wheat. Hazy shiny yellow-golden body, white head. Coriander, jam, some earl gray tea, juicy, dried fruit. Pleasant. Light taste, slightly empty but nicely sweetish, juicy, some tea notes, peachy, quite pleasant, simple, tasty!

Earl grey is pretty potent here. Some florals. Golden pour with decent head. Light touch of orange peel. Pretty smooth drinking, clean finish. Tap at Galaxy Hut.

473ml can from Battle of Bull, Cheras, Malaysia. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, light banana, bubblegum. The flavour is herbal bitter, yeasty, with a light acidic, clove spicy, floral palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Quite a shock to the system initially, but it did grow on me.

This wheat poured a clear, light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include bubblegum, bergamot and herbal. First swig was a little thin on the mouthfeel, with flavours of bubblegum, black tea, bergamot and floral hops. Finish is spiced and mildly hoppy.
