Ingrediënten:
water, gerste-, boekweit- en tarwemout, hop, mirabellen, gemengde wilde cultuur van huisgisten en bacteriën.

Pretty clear orange beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, brett notes, fruity touch, nice stuff, bit funky, orange peel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, funky, lots of lemon juice, pretty bitter, dry. Aftertaste: more acidic, funky, fruity, spicy, lemony, bitter.

Bottle at home. Almost clear golden with small white head. Lactic sour, a bit of dry white wine, funk, goat, lemon, green tea, a small touch of mirabelle, light dry grains. Overnight medium sour, light sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lovely, though could maybe use a touch more fruit.

Bottle at home. Hazy orange golden with white head. Sry sour grain and juicy stone fruit sour. Plums, apricot, strong sour and bitter, rusty and funky. Medium body and low on carbonation. Reminds me of Alvinne Cuvee de Sophie. Some vanilla in the finish smoothens the rough edges.

Draft at In De Wildeman. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of oak, citrus, a nice soft funk and tart fruits. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
