Sampled draft @ ZBF 2013. Clear golden with a white head. Light grains in the nose, hay, faint nose with plenty of spices, BE hops & sweet malts. Sweet white bread taste, sweet BE yeast, hay, flowers, quite sweet malts & some light BE floral type of hops. M/M body. Agreable.

Draft sample @ ZBF’13 shared with the RB Belgian crew. Dorée, col blanc fin. Arôme est malté, bouquet de grains et houblons restant très typique avec ce côté rustique des grains et malts qui sont plus présents. Palais est à dominance malté, le tout est très léger avec un profil moût. le houblon reste assez noble dans le style de la Hommel, houblon local noble et neutre contribuant à une faible amertume. Pointe d’épice pour un fini fleuri léger.

Clear blond to light orange beer, creamy white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: metallic, orange peel, bit sweet, sugary, bubble gum. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, a bit like hommelbier but from there on it goes downhill. Metallic, some yoghurt, sour, citric. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, metallic, unpleasant, orange peel.
