440ml can, shared with Glen and Martin in Chez Sophie on 26th July 2020. Hazy pale gold, white topping. Pineapple front to the nose and semi-sweet tropical fruit taste, slightly bitter citrus notes late on.

440ml can sophiesbeerstore.co.uk. Hazy gold appearance, frothy white head. Aroma bears the familiar FG candy shop sweetness, continuing to taste, light carbonation. I am starting to feel a little tired of these sweet DIPAs now, but this has just enough balance to see it through.

440ml can. Hazy golden, small white head. Aroma of sweet citrus, orange and grapefruit, pineapple. Taste is sweet, citrusy, grapefruit, mango, pineapple and peach, little bit of piney/herbal finish. Medium body. Fresh can would have been nicer I expect but decent enough.

Can. Yellow color. Peach, apricot, citrus and grass in the aroma and flavor. Sweetish, grassy hops. Lots of fruit and enough hops.

Can picked up from Hoptimism Webshop, Loughborough, Leicestershire. Had this Friday 2nd July 2020 following a pizza in the village and an almighty, torrential, lengthy downpour (it was exciting), listening to Marc Riley on 6Music. Soft mouthfeel, pours hazy gold with a white head, a little orange juice, pineapple, a little minty, soft mouthfeel, good, though Loz is not a fan, she is sick of this style, I told her was a bit tired of it 2-3 years ago. Good but it is very much one of the pack and its a big pack. The irony is having to buy this German beer from the UK as it appears to have sold out in most of my regular haunts over here now.

Can. Light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Nice piney hops into a light savoury hop. Light bright citrus. Tangerine, trace of lemon. Mandarin. Light spicy finish. Nice job. Light and yet punchy. Has avoided the cloying sweetness of some previous hop offerings from this brewer.

Can at home from trembling madness. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice nice fresh green hops, pineapple, little sileage, stick nectarine, fragrant. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, big fruit punch, melon, lychee, nectarine. Big five alive, tropical fruit. Lovely. Palate is smooth, smooth, velvety, moderate carbonation. Really good stuff.
