Light haze on this amber beer, tidy white head. Light crisp palate. A little caramel in the malt which is a decent backbone for the hops. Pine, grass and citrus. A little minerals. Finishes neutral and with mild bitterness. Very agreeable.

Orange golden colour, white head. Fruity hop aroma, dusty hay and grain. Sweet, light bitter flavour, some strange chemical touches. Malty finish with something resembling adjunct.
Might have been an old bottle, but there is no way to tell.

11/VIII/2012 bomber bottle @ RBBSG - (2012-911) Thanks to Benzai for sharing the bottle!

Clear orange beer, aery off-white head, unstable, little adhesive. Aroma: pretty dusty, bit old, hay, some grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: somewhat grassy, grains, some citrus, bitter touch. Aftertaste: bitter, little chemical, unpleasant. Was this an old bottle? If they would put dates on bottles we would know. Alas, they don't...

Total Wine, Fairfax 650ml ($4): Pours a light amber with a white head. Aroma is spicy hops, with an average malt backbone. I found this beer to be generally unimpressive, and I must admit that I was surprised at the high rating. Nothing was bad here, but this was just a forgettable example of the style alas.

Out of a bomber and into a big glass this stuff is simply beautiful, in looks. Thick rocky foamy head that builds even with the gentlist of pour. This head never fades and you must drink thru it. What else can be said about the flavors? Well, what else but big brutal IPA smacking you up the face. Experts can tell between fresh and old but all I feel and taste with this style is bitter Knasty Knellie. Co2 does make it enjoyable, nothing worser than an on style flat ipa. Yesh, that sizzling makes it grow on me. Finish is long bitter chewing on green grapefruit rines getting into the back of yer throat. Yes, quite on style with the flavor. Every time I think ipa is starting to grow on me, I get slammed back to reality with an on style example. Slapyou in the face, knock you in the head, kicks you in the ass.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Quite clear golden with a quickly dissolving head. Very hoppy aroma. TRopical fruits, citrus, pine needels. Similar rich hoppy flavour on a nice malty background.
