Bottiglia. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile.

GBBF Day 1. Keykeg. Light haze on this peachy colour beer, small pale peach colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Light malts. Light generic fruity sweetness. Little floral vibe. Crisp finish. All right.

Courtesey & THX! of Travlr. Feb. 2012 Vintage. 50 cl. bottle sampled / had half @ In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst during the Tour de Geuze. Pours a bright orange with bubbles rising, little fading white head. Smell is pale weak strawberries rather than raspberries which is what they added according to the description, light yeast, hint mould, touch watery and lightly overripe,… Taste is lightly sweet and mouldy, light sugar, slightly fermenting, touch dusty, light sweet malt and yeast, overall a bit weak and watery, dominated by weak strawberry notes,… Reminds me more of a weak UK style fruit beer than a sour but very thirst-quenching & neutral enough to be paired with food I suppose which is what a lot of this Italian breweries aim at.
