Dark brown colour with an off-white head. Aroma of roasted malts, dark fruits, caramel, light spiced. Flavour is similar, moderate malty sweetness. Like the Poolvos, a bit thinnish. Still, a nice brew that I enjoyed.

Bottle. Brown color. Malt, cake dough and hints of lciorice in the aroma. Malty sweet, bready flavor, almost full bodied. Some licorice.

Bottle at Kent BF 2018. Clear dark red beer lasting cream head. Scottish ale. Malty strong beer. Dark and red fruits. Dry beers. For a strong beer it's very drinkable dry. Good.

Bottle (from sterk avonderkoop). Pours amber-brown with whiteish head, beer tries to climb out from the bottle... Aroma is sweet, caramel, malt. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, caramel, some hops, booze. Finish is dry and boozy. Overall: ok.

330ml bottle, not sure where from.. Beermoth? Pours mahogany, large white head. Aroma is lightly sweet caramel malts, herbs. Taste is smooth malt, tired dark fruit, strange herbal hints, fairly light and watery. Rather forgettable.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Aroma of malt, caramel and wood. Taste of herbal wood, malt, booze, spices, anise, bitter hop and grass. Strange brew.
