Bottle, 6%. Mild refreshing aroma, slightly citric. Almost clear dark golden colour. Big stable creamy off-white head. The flavour is fruity at first, very slightly citric and slightly grainy and lagery. But not sour. OK refreshing.

Cloudy amber, stable offwhite head. Yeasty aroma, some hops and light bready notes. Flavour is fruity with yeasty and malty notes. Light spice, some caramely sweetness and mild, pleasant roughness. Nice, straightforward saison.

33cl bottle from Bruges Beer Festival 2019 day 2. F: big, egg-white, good retention. C: deep gold to amber, hazy, non-transparent. A: malt, fruity, floral, hint of caramel, hint of orange, yeast, bit honey. T: sweet malty, light watery banana, fruity, floral, spicy, yeast, medium body, medium carbonation, not like a saison more like Belgian ale for me yet good drinkable, enjoyed. Rate from 17/04/17. 7/4/7/3/13 = 3,4 F: big, egg-white, good retention. C: deep gold, hazy, non-transparent. A: malt, fruity, grassy, floral, hint of caramel, hint of orange, yeast. Troebel donkergeel bier met stevig schuim. Smaak is hoppig bitter en krachtig, licht zoet en graan, blijft redelijk lang hangen. Gewoon een goed bier.

Gulden Spoor’s first, when it was still called Brouwkot. Sticky, snow white, relatively thick head, pale peach blonde colour, hazy. Aroma of peach, gooseberry, honey, almond, white grape, green apple, caramel, mint, white pepper. Soft peachy taste with mellow honeyish and caramelly malt background, yeasty, bit bready, mild herbal hops in the finish. Ordinary blonde Belgian session beer.
