Bottle courtesy of sebletitje, thanks Sebastian! The 33cl bottle pours into my Tilquin Gueuze glass with a pale gold effervescent body that has tiny little suspended floaties and supports a tall towering white head of foam. The aroma offers up some Belgian like yeasty spices, sugary malt sweetened floral and lime like citrus hops. The taste is a little bright caused by above average carbonation. I get bitter to nearly tart hops that start vague and bitter and then pick up a bitter lemon to lime to grapefruit sensation. It ends with the addition of some pleasing hay like maltiness as the hops fade away. All in all this tastes alright but does manage to be a little too tart for an IPA. . . . although the more I’m drinking it the more I’m enjoying it.

Pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, very fresh, light citrus, quite floral. Hoppy bitter flavour, quite malty. Bitter finish, hops, floral.
Quite light for an IPA, but fresh and balanced. Enjoyable.

19/I/13 - 33cl bottle @ RBBWG 2013 - BB: III/2014 (2013-45) Thanks to Sebletitje for sharing the bottle!

Clear pale yellow beer, big creamy white irregular head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, citrus, some passion fruity, little piny, sweet touch. MF: lots of carbon, medium body.Taste:lots of bitter grassy hops, bit metallic, some citrus. Aftertaste: bitter hops, citrus, some grapefruit. Taste is alas not as complex as the aroma is suggesting.

thnx to / split with 77 ships. pours blonde, big white foam that slowly fades. less happy with the first time i’ve had sediments in an IPA...some brown thick things are on the bottom ( and partly in the foam) of my beer that can onley be describes as if a fish woul’ve shat in the glass.... kinda ruins the ’enjoying’ factor for me ... tastes like a light, balanced between sweet and bitter, IPA . nice . this ant waaw, and is ’just’ a mediocer IPA, but thats already more than expected..

Beetje gist rijke mondgevoel, goed gecarboneerd, aangenaam. Een onverwachte verrassing.

Bouteille 33cl. Courtesy of JT, headbrewer at Sedan.
