Slightly oxidized nose but the mouth was well balanced. Moderate bitterness. Not best condition but tastes ok.

Bottle from Hay Wines, Ledbury, Herefordshire. Lightly hazed, pale amber. Bubbly, broken, white head. Aroma is buttered granary bread. Some raspberry. Pithy, grapefruit hoppiness too. Taste is fruity dry, a little toffee sweetness. Fairly oily palate. Bitter, grapefruit finish. Not the hop bomb I expected. Enjoyed this.

On tap @ Animal. Amber colour with a white head, good duration and poor lacing. Aroma has floral and resins hops, more presence of floral than resins ones., notes of orange peel in a low proportion. Flavor is malty with notes of resins hops, light floral hints, bitter orange and fruity with citrus. The final is light with a decent and dry bitterness.

Cask at CBC. Amber-orange with bubbles. Caramel, earthy, grassy nose, peaches, grape. Nice subtle fruit. Earthy, grass and caramel flavor. Very dry, earthy, amber-ale-like. Peppery, bitter finish. Decent but not so exciting.
