Bottle thanks to Billy. It pours lightly hazy muted orange with a dissipating white head. The aroma is musty, funky, vinous, cognac soaked oak, musty, funky, gooseberry, minerality, white grape, sherbet and dusty basement. The taste is crisp, dry, puckered, mouldy basement, funky, gooseberry, white grape, light acidity, minerality, cognac soaked oak, tactic twang, brett, dirty, basement, limited alcohol, soor plooms, lime sherbet and touch of tannin with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Lovely. Great depth.

Bottle generously shared by Blaise Von Bishop. Yellow pour with a white head. Mild lambic bouquet. Farmhouse (mild), yeast, the cognac barrel is in there. It’s simple, but complex, it’s clean, but it’s irresistible. It’s simply elegant. Great mouthfeel and body.

750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a small white head. Nose is nice funky barnyard oak some of the cognac notes a little citrus and dust. Taste is more of the nice light complex notes of the barrels classic funk and some spice.
