On tap at Pien Shop, pours an opaque dark pinkish red with a large bright pink head. Nose is dominated by the vanilla upfront, followed by jammy currant, and some lacto in back—no gose elements when you layer in this much adjunct. Flavour is likewise dominated by the currant and vanilla, with little actual complexity, just a barrage of tart currant, insane vanilla, and lacto. I guess it’s fine for what it is, but this could never be satisfying for me.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 4 Aug 2025) Cloudy dark reddish purple colour with brief pink head. Fruity nose with black-currant, lemon and vanilla. Fruity, tart taste with notes of black-currant, lemon, vanilla and white bread. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Light saltiness. Rich, refreshing and well balanced. Very nice.

Can shared at home. Pours beautiful thick burgundy with an off-white head with a pinkish hue. Nose is big blackcurrants, pretty tart and a nice vanilla touch. Taste is surprisingly sour altogether, with big notes of blackcurrants and apparent, yet not in-your-face vanilla to round things off. Closes with a long lasting fruity and tart finish, has light to medium body and soft carbonation. Not too complex but very, very well made.

Аромат отличный. Ощущается легкая сладость от зефира, затем ваниль, ягоды в том числе черная смородина и яжевика, немного малины. Цвет очень красивый, темно фиолетовый, пенки такая же только ярче, дико мутное по телу. Вкус в первых нескольких секунд сладкий, лактоза, есть ваниль, пирог с джемом ягодным. При глотке резко уходит в кислинку от ягод, включая малину и смородину. На финише листья от смородины, так наверно хмель показывается. В целом отличный саур.

Can@Zinc Craftbar, Vaasa. Deep reddish purple colour with a small pinkish off-white head. Aroma is blackcurrant, some vanilla, mild tart wooden tones with a bit of spiciness too. Flavour is blackcurrant, some tea leafs, mild vanilla with some slight acidity and wooden tones as well. Somewhat dry palate.
