Very hazy amber - brown beer. Decent off white head. Light palate, crispy. A little malt and minerals and then some interesting fruits - cherry, orange, traces of raspberry, melon and pineapple. Finishes soft with a mild carbonated nip. Great fruit salad of a beer!

33cl bottle, BB 01/11/2014.

33cl bottle @ home. Hazy amber color, small off-white head that quickly becomes an off-white lacing. Smell malts, caramel, bread, herbs. Taste malts, toast, caramel, bread, herbs and a not so nice sour aftertaste. Medium carbo, low to medium body.

Hazy light brown colour. Spicy, yeasty aroma. Fresh, malty taste. Quite a prominent coriander flavour comes through. Light caramel in the aftertaste.

botlte from beer planet. they shipped it to me around 2011.02.01 and the bottle says Houdbaar eind 2009. WTF?? anyways, cloudy yellow brown, smooth offwhite head. delicate yeasty and mild spicy aroma, cellary notes (aging?) flavor is yeasty, apple fruity, dry, yeast (tastes like belgian and champaigne although i´d be very surprised if they used champaigne yeast in this one). i like the dryness and the not so agressive fruityness. there is also caramel and malts, but it does not get sweet. Quite well balanced, and, it seems, a beer that ages well. the beer appears stronger in the flavor than the 6.5%, but in a very good way.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber colour with a beige and dense foamy head of medium size. Lemony fruity and slightly zesty aroma combined with dark and cara-malt, accompanied by tolerable notes of coriander. Moderately sweet flavour, surprisingly light bodied with a modest carbonation. Cara-malty and slightly toasted taste with a present fruit-character with notes of lemon and red berries; mildly sweet and slightly bitter finish with a sour fruity touch. Pleasant. 11.I.11
