German born wheat beer with a cloudy pale, straw-like appearance. Mild sweetness on the nose preluded by a beautiful balance of banana and clove characters on a well-rounded palate. Little hop bitterness, with a dry creamy finish.

Tap at brewery. Light aroma, normal weizen smell. Airy head dissipates quickly. Taste is right on the money, banana, bubblegum clove, etc. Overall, it comes off as light bodied, not thick and chewy like the German greats. Good effort though, taste is right on.

330ml bottle into glass. Aroma is wheaty banana, a little spicy. Cloudy but effervescent. Very thin film of foam. Taste is watery, insipid. Finish is creamy banana. Not bad.

Sweetish, well-balanced example with light phenols, hint if hop dryness. Well- done, maybe needs a fuller body
