Bottle from shop on Chios, now drunk 6 months later at home. Aroma is a mix of lovely porter smoked choclately malts and toilet. A pretty decent porter overall though, nice apperance despite huge carbonation when i opened it. Well balanced, nutty flavour.

Het moet niet gekker worden! Bijna 30 graden en een porter drinken op Sifnos. Flesje, donkerbruin, bijna zwarte kleur. Beige schuim. Een frisse zuurtint in de smaak, een uitstekend bier.

Bottle. Black/brown with a small beige head. Aroma of espresso, roasted malts and just wee whiff of smoke. Taste follows aroma plus a little bit of dark chocolate. Roasty and pretty long lasting bitterness. Medium carbonation. This one's alright and goes down easily.

Bottle shared in Columbus - cheers to Dan the man. Pours clear brown with a small, tan cream head. Not bad, some raisins, light roast, toffee, dried berries. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with light alcohol warmth, more toffee and berries. Nice enough.
