440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, May 21, bought at Londis Penny Lane, Liverpool. Pours misty pale gold, small white head. Can confidently say this is the first celery sour I've ever had. Quite light and thin on the palate. Celery is there, but very mild in the mix. Interesting, subtle salt. Actually ok, surprisingly works.

17th May 2021 Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie; four of us splitting 14 beers and eating snacks. A fun evening, although the Polish Strawberry flavoured 'Flips' didn't go down too well. Cheers Mat for this 440ml can: BB 10th Dec 2021. Not my favourite beer of the evening. Hazed light golden body, thin white head. Salt and celery don't go together in a beer like they do on a picnic!

Sampled at Billies craftbeerfest 2017. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Don't mind my visual info to much, as lighting was really terrible. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Smell is celery indeed ! Taste is sharp, astrigent, simple sourness. Celery is more balanced in the taste. Tad dry. very weird, of course, but I did kinda like it ! Nice malty, mildly lactic acid ending.
