Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of citrus, hops and fruit. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus, with round, sweet notes of fruit, and touches of malt and yeast. Bitter and citric aftertaste with fruity touches. High carbonation. Well-balanced, tasty, and satiating. A nice one.

26 February 2022. At Bar Beenhouwer, Ghent. Cheers to Anke, Ama Deke & Linda!
Clear yellow, stable, foamy, white head. Aroma of freshly cut leek (oddly), onion, wet pepper, pineapple, melon, cheese, vague sweat. Taste has sweetish pineapple, melon & apple, softly bitter citrus peel, bit spicy over bready malts. Floral & peppery hoppy finish, pithy tropical fruit notes. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Refreshing but not 'fresh' and yet not dank, something weirdly vegetably about it.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Misty dark yellow body, white head. Creamy aroma, orange candy, light mango, but a bit yeasty and oaty. Soft, creamy taste, light tropical, light vegetal notes, solid carbonation, okay, 3.5-ish at first, but then as it warms it falls apart - earthy, vegetal... huh... No, cannot give it more than this right now - but I will try to rerate it.

Sympathique.
