Brown with a frothy white head that lingers. Aroma of dank cellar, mineral water, bananas, caramel. Taste is mildly sweet with some mild grainy to mineral-tinged bitterness on the backside. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, slightly watery texture. Drinkable.

This weisse is really dunkel, dark brown, in fact. Banana aroma with just a hint of caramel. Sugary flavor with banana and hints of caramel. Sweet, but still this mbeer manages to stay refreshing. Everyman’s friend that still has quality.

Hazy brown. Aroma is yeast forward some malty caramel spelt. Taste is fresh sour a bit grainy not so much caramel nor toffee. Quite drinkable. Ok.
