We've beefed up Tonkoko and brewed an imperial version, set to launch at the 2017 Leeds International Beer Festival.

Expect an even bigger coconut, Tonka, Cacao & Vanilla hit, to compliment the extra abv. Wrapped in a creamy sweet milk stout.

330ml can. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma: sweet, coconut, vanilla, liquorice, cocoa, liquid chocolate cake. Taste: moderate sweet & light bitter, roast malts, dark chocolate, coconut, tonka. Medium+ body, soft carb, nutty finish. Very decent flavours for the ABV, and not excessively sweet.

Cask @ Tap and Can. Pours very dark, beige head. Aroma is pleasantly sweet, some soft chocolate, vanilla hints. Soft light palate. Gentle chocolate presence to taste, not getting a lot of coconut, perhaps a little vanilla sweetness.. not quite hitting the mark for what it aims to be, perhaps keg would've been different, but it's a pleasant dark cask stout.

Pitch black color. Dark brown head. Nice semi sweet nose with chocolate cake doused in vanilla. Low carbonation, low medium bitterness, medium roastiness but balanced with nice sweetness and excellent chocolate and tonkoko bean character. Almost got this lovely nuttiness to it that I like a lot. Very unique. Love it

Can at home from Elusive Brewery, 3rd January 20. Pours a black beer, tan head. Aroma is coconut, vanilla, liquorice, cocoa. Taste is dark chocolate and coconut, vanilla, cocoa, frapachino. It’s delicious and not overly sweet, slight bitter and a great mouth feel for the low abv.
