Bottle. Millésime 2021. Chique label, like a wine label. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Fruity and spicy notes. Taste: Sweetish fruity notes of apricots, spicy Saison yeast notes. Some plum. Barley malt. Floral hoppy backbone. Quite dense, over medium body, below average carbonation. A bit creamy mouthfeel. Over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Dry finish. Nice one.

Bottle shared. Hazy light golden with big fluffy long lasting white head. Banana, cloves, sweet malts, crisp fresh malts, bread dough, bitter herbal hops, allspice, rosemary, a bit if pineapple, apple, light alcohol. Solidedium sweet and medium bitter. Full bodied, creamy with present but also creamy carbonation. Not bad for what it is at all, well done beer but not really my thing anymore.

Millésime 2019. Ramenée de chez terre de weppes. Robe dorée, belle mousse abondante. Bouche sur les céréales, mais trop sucrée à mon goût.

hazy pale yellow colour, large, long lasting white head; aroma of orange peel, grape and grape peel, apricot, apple, some bread crusty, wine cellary-musty and floral hoppy notes; taste is similar to the aroma with a bit less intensive fruitiness and spicy-peppery notes; really good one

0.75l bottle thanks to Lore. Vintage 2019. Slightly murky golden body with an enormous and forever lasting white head. Huge fruit notes in the aroma and the taste(grape must and green apples). A bit of sugar syrup adds to the sweetness that is balanced by a hint of spicy hops and a bit of wood. Nice beer for sure.

Bottle. Pours hazy darkish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with notes of yeast and touches of fruit. Bitter, nutty and hoppy taste with notes of caramel malt and acidic touches. Bitter and estery aftertaste with notes of caramel. Reasonable but nothing special.

Nose is fruity, Belgian yeast, wheat, peach. Taste follows, soft fruit, Belgian yeast, caramel, cream, spice, Greek honey, almond hint of vanilla. I enjoyed this a lot.
