Kaschk Endless Summer, 5,2 %, gebraut bei Brewers Tribute, Berlin, Fläschchen aus dem Kühlschrank vom Kaschk. - Dunkles Goldgelb, fast klar. - In der Nase zart säuerliche Pampelmusenherbe, leichte Honigsüße und eine schwach muffige, nicht unangenehme Note. - Im Antrunk aromatische Pampelmuse, nicht übertrieben bitter, zart kellerig-muffig (was den Reiz aber nicht mindert). Dezente obergärige Fruchtigkeit; beträchtliche Restsüße. Milder rezent, ein klein wenig abgestanden. Im Abgang solide zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe. - Stark gehopftes, ein wenig unrundes Pale Ale; trotzdem (oder gerade deswegen) sehr schmackhaft. Animiert zum Weitertrinken. (5.11.2019.)
