Dag 3 med Fridtjofen på slipp, Tau juli-19, og det er på tide med en pause i skrogarbeidet. 0,33 flaske fra Holmens importkoffert delt med skibsrederen og lettmatros Egdetveit: uklar strågul med ok skum. Syrligfrisk og lettdrikkelig i sommervarmen på soldekket. Aprikos, fersken og noe ananasaktig. Mild bitterhed og syrlig friskhet i avslutningen.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso lo speziato. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la costanza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è inesistente. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione è nella norma, e vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. L'acidità è moderata. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, agrumi, albicocca e soprattutto di limone.

Yellow. Aroma is apricot citrus some pips honey. Taste is sour and watery fruity freshness. Some lacto. Quaffable but a bit watery. Not bad for sub 4 abv.
