500ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold with a light mist. Light fruity nose. Taste is super tangy, though some tinned peach flavours emerge once it settles down. Fairly sharp and acidic, some moderate funk.. would trade the intensely sharp tang for more floral wild aspects and additional fleshy peach.

No head on a clear white wine coloured still body. Chalky aroma. Medium to thin bodied, dry & clean on the palate. Peach, chalk, sour, apple & pineapple tastes.

Keg at IMBC 2018, session 6. Pours mostly clear yellow with a foamy white head. Nice tart Peaches, pale wood, lemony acidity. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. Dry and quenching finish, more peach and lemon, woody accents. Not bad.

Bottle at indy man beer con 2018. Session 6. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with halo of white head. Aroma is sour, white peach lacto, Cumquat, pithy lemon. Plaalts is spicy sour, prickly carbonation. Flavour is composed of wheat, lacto, white peach, white wine, crisp, tangy,. Nice.

Keg @ Omnipollos Hatt. Poured light orange color with a thin white head. Intense peach in the nose, mild funk and tartness. Peach dominates, tartness and some acidicness. Interesting.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Fresh with citrus, peach, mild funk and some light bread. The finish was on the dry side.
