This is a beer to drink all night long and all year round. A slower, low temperature fermentation and dry hopping with Mosaic yields crisp flavours, subtle bitterness and a gentle floral, tropical fruit aroma.

Hand-pulled pint at Walt's wake on 4th August 2023, Crown Inn, Oakengates. Clean golden amber body, weak white head. Decent enough blend of grainy maltiness and floral hops, light bitterness throughout with a mini hint of citrus in the background.

Bottle from MK Biergarten, Wolverton. Pours clear golden with a white cap. Aroma: biscuit malts, light tropical fruit. Taste: light sweet & bitter, clean, cereals, light grassy finish. Medium body with soft carbonation. OK

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Pours crystal clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light tropical fruit, light malt. Taste is more of the same. Clean finish.

Bottle at ash's. Pours clear amber, nose is floral, varnish, musty, taste is sweet, floral, piney.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - clear golden amber. Thin white lacing. Nose - apricot and bubble gum. Light coconut nuance. Taste - orange with dry brown bread. Palate - light bodied with a dry finish. Overall - quite nice.

(Cask at Lyric, Soho, London, 25 Nov 2019) Golden amber colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grass and tropical fruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, lemon peel, grass, tropical fruit, biscuity malt and a mild citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Bottle from BEER:shop, St. Albans. Pours golden with a good sized bubbly just off-white head. Aroma of juicy tropical and citrus fruits, hops, caramel and flowers. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Fruity finish. Nice brew.

Bottle at home, 08/12/17. Clear pale godlen with a decent off white covering. Nose is light citric peel, straw, grains, orange blossom, biscuit. Taste comprises biscuit malts, light caramel, toasted grains, straw, faint citric peel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow bittering. Ok for the style.
