Das Helle vom Becher, vom Faß in der urigen Brauereigaststätte in Bayreuth (nach einem Besuch der Eremitage). - Dunkles Goldgelb, klar. - Antrunk schlank an der Grenze zum Dünnen, sauber hellmalzig und zart karamellig. Milde aber nicht schwache fränkisch-herbale und orangenfruchtige Hopfung. Zart mineralisch. Im Abgang recht leichte Hopfenherbe. - Schlankes fränkisches Helles, nicht übel. (25.9.2022.)

Bottle. Pale honey, a few bubbles, low white lace. Medium light dry, lightly dusty, base, a bit astringent hay, melonpeel bitterness, grass, mineral finish. Not that fresh it seems.

Bottle from Hier gibts Bier and drunk at home. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. A little bready a little creamy a little lemon. Best of the Becher beers this time round good finish. Good slap of lemon. As Guenther says a good thirst quencher. A little light on malts. But that finish is excellent.

Fläschla: Pale greenish-golden, visible carbonation, small white layer, mild sweetish grainy nose, presumably grassy hops underneath; moderate bitter-sweetish flavour, light bodied, fizzy, but crunchy MF, slightly lingering and drier bitter and grainy finish. Good thirst quencher.....

* Old rating, 0,5l crown-top bottle, 2007. Mild-würziges Bier. Recht trocken für ein Helles mit feinherber, leicht süßlicher Note. Nett!

Draught at the brewpub. Clear grey amber colour. Small stable head. The flavour is weakly malty. Low bitterness. Low carbonation, OK mouthfeel. Not so flavourful, but pleasant enough.
