A nice dark gold ipa with a thin frothy light mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light treacle, light oxidized notes, OK. In mouth, caramel malt with light herbaceous hops, watery bodied, a tad unpleasant. Bottle from Fairprice, at Changi Jewel, 6.90$S.

Pours a clear old gold colour with a small off white head. Aroma is citrusy, marmalade, malt and floral hops. A malty taste, some toffee and orange marmalade flavours with a light bitter finish.

0,33 flaske delt med Odd Gunnar og Bryne 25.01.19: klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Duft av lime, engelsk appelsinmarkelade, våt barskog og urter. Smaken likeså, men noe medisinsk dukker opp i avslutningen. Egentlig helt passende, ettersom vi driver med symptombehandling i kveld.

0.33 l bottle from Angry Moose, Čakovec. Shared with lovely Anja. Hazy golden, minimal head. Not in the best shape. Lightly to moderately hoppy, fruity and citrusy. Aroma is also light cardboard and light plastic. Flavour is dominated by a harsh phenolic kick, burnt plastic. This fortunately went away leaving kind of a malty-old hops mixture. Light body, moderate carbonation, unpleasant.

F: big, egg-white, good retention. C: deep gold, clear. A: vaguely fruity, citrus, bit passion fruits, caramel, bit orange, floral. T: malty, vaguely citrus, weak bitterness, bit caramel, herbal, medium body and lower carbonation, not for IPA style sure but drinkable for Golden Ale / Blond Ale style, 33cl bottle from Cora Woluwe-Saint-Lambert in Brussels.

Bottle. Full golden body. Lasting big off white head. Dry malty taste, papery, bit fruity-peachy-hoppy, vaguely herbal. Taste...light, soft, fruity, bitterish, light, a bit dull, but okay, creamy, drinkable. Eh... Not as beergeekish as I hoped but okay.
