Double IPA with Columbus and Simcoe dryhops. It's mysteriously smooth and overwhelms you with resinous hop aromas.

Keg at the brewery taproom Amsterdam. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, sticky orange, pine,. Palate is semi sweet, resin, moderate carbonation, not much to it. Flavour is composed of semi sweet basic malts, orange rind, umami, pine, pine, orange rind, pine needles. Ok. Not much to it.

Cloudy blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour are super skunky but it still feels clean and fresh.

Can on Accra Beach, Barbados, 29th August 19. Pours fairly clear. Aroma is mango and tropical fruit. Taste is mango, tropical fruit, citrus. Not bad, I would have liked more of the Simcoe elements.

0.33 l can from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', canned in April 2019. Clear, amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity, gently resiny and slightly grassy aroma of mango, orange and some pine. Gently sweet, slightly bitter, rather fruity-resiny and slightly grassy taste of mango, orange and pine, followed by a short, gently bitter, resiny and slightly grassy finish. Medium to full body, smooth, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Very nice, classic DIPA, finally one that is not hazy!

Can. Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, good fine carbonation. Airy malts bring an ephemeral creamy sweetness. Slightly savoury hop skunk and pine introduce the Simcoe and Columbus hops. A danker skunk over mildly spicy ripe citrus ensues. Light and bitterish finish. Spicy linger. Tidy but quite skunky.

Can. Golden pour. Aroma of pine, citrus, orange, bready malt and grapefruit. Taste has bitter orange, grapefruit, zesty citrus, biscuity malt and mildly piney bitter hop. Nice west coast ipa, good one.

On tap at Cafe Gollem, Amsterdam on 21st March 2019. Slightly hazy gold with shallow white foam and spot lacing. Malty aroma with tangerine citrus zest. Citrus hops in-mouth with tangerine and a touch of grapefruit. A satisfying tangy citrus finish. Zingy mouthfeel and medium body. Splendid, refreshing and tasty.
