330ml bottle, drank at home on 12th August 2022. Slight haze to the golden body, snow white crown, but short lived. It's malty in the nose and taste, yet dry in the mouth with a subtle hop bitterness in the finish.

Can from Home bazargains. It pours lightly hazy yellow - blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh doughy white bread, lemon curd, custard cream biscuits, grassy, honeysuckle and daisies. The taste is crisp, dry, some bitterness, grassy, herbal, floral, straw, doughy white bread, cracker, light biscuit and a nip of peppery spice with a firm dry, grassy finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Flavourful, dry and moreish m rather quaffable.

Can from Home Bargains, Salford. Golden-yellow with a small head. Easy enough lager with a hint of fruitiness in its nose, but quite a bland malt-hop taste.

[33cl can from Home Bargains, Bracknell.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a wussy looking white head; sweet grainy aroma; rather watery with a sharp grainy taste; and a dry finish with some heather honey. Not a great Helles.

On keg at The Thin White Duke, Carlisle. Appearance - golden yellow and clear. Nicely proportioned snow white head. Nose - corn, lemon and light bitter salad note. Taste - corn and lemon. Biscuit and herb. Palate - light bodied, dryish middle. Malt and hop bite provide the bitterness on the finish. Overall - good helles.
