Poured from a 750 ml bottle dated March 2020. Aroma is fairly fruity with lemon, stone fruit and fainter pear and green grape notes. Light herbal, earthy and musty notes. Light oak and hints of grain and alcohol. Pours a slightly hazy, brilliant golden-ora he with a medium large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Flavor is slightly sweet with moderate acidity and light grain notes. Low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate notes of lemon, green grapes and fainter stoned fruit and pear. Light earthy, herbal and musty notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid geuze. Nice fruity esters in the aroma and flavor with balanced funky, herbal musty notes. Acidity is present but not too sharp.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color Lambic with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes, oak and strong granny smith notes is quite nice. Taste is a great mix of tart notes with some oak and granny smith notes and funky ester with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Great mix of flavours with no acidity and great drinkability.

Clear golden colour with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have typical sharp Gueuze. This one has quite some more body though. Nicely grainy with a little residual sweetness. There's some woodiness in the aroma but less so in the taste so it perhaps misses some dryness. Nice that it has its uniqueness though.
