Bottle at fermentoren. Cloudy orange small to no white head. Aroma is like a real good natural cider , Spanish style also very complex. Flavor is apple booze and layers of apple and funk. Perhaps a. Bit on the sweet side but a well done brew nonetheless

500ml bottle. Pours golden with a small head. Acidic nose, hints of vinegar. Lots of apple cider taste, hardly any beer aroma left. Fresh sourness. The large alcohol content is hidden well, but still noticeable. Definitely worth a try!

A Ratebeer legend! Hazy blond. Bretty, lightly woody, good appley character. Earthy, a little slickness maybe from butter or pedio.

Pours copper/ruby with a large fading head.Nose shows funky horseblanket, apples (granny smith) and some floral perfume. Pretty enticing.Mix of sour and sweet flavours, seems to focus on granny smith and pink lady characters. On the sweet side overall though. the 12%abv is hardly noticeable.Nice sherbet-like tangy carabonation.Pretty dangerous stuff indeed.

MN Ratebeer Winter Gathering, January 29, 2011. Alister carried this on his back all the way from Australia. Brown color. Moderate carbonation. Apple and yeast in the aroma. Sour flavor with apple, approaching, but not quite getting to lambic like territory, but combined with the sweetness of a fruit beer. interesting cheddar cheese finish. While drinking, I had no idea the abv was so high. A great fruit beer.
