Can from the LCBO. Jet black pour, with a big mocha head. Strong roasted aroma, soy, espresso, and dark chocolate. Hints of dark fruit, and vanilla are to be found. Silky mouth feel, slightly oily, and quite smooth. Medium bitterness, soft sweetness, loads of rich roasty notes with more cocoa, and dark, almost burnt coffee. Quite nice.

Can split at L6, thanks to Tipple, 20/08/18. Black with a decent tan covering. Nose is chocolate, toffee, sweet malts, mellow roast. Taste comprises fruit cake, chocolate biscuit, dried fruits, toffee, bitter fruit notes, light charr. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok easy drinking impy but lacks depth for the ABV.

Level 6 Bottleshare. Thanks to Tips for the can. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. The dark malts carry mild roasty bitterness and a light malt cream. Mellow chocolate, kinda dark chocolate malteasers vibe. Smooth semi dry finish. Tasty and drinkable.
