Inspired from the recent wave of pale ales, Dizzy uses Amarillo and Cascade hops from the USA combined with Tipple malt to make Dizzy refreshing and light.
Fresh, bright and full of zest, this straw coloured ale, with its' distinctive sharp character and a herbal or perfume like aroma. This light refreshing beer has a clean zesty hop dominated palate complemented by a crisp dry finish.

Cask at the Prince Albert, Ely. Mid-gold, incredibly clear, little white cloudy head. Floral, citrus aroma. Taste is grainy, sweetish and slightly buttery. Bitterer finish. Not all that great but passable.

Pint at Puss in Boots, Stockport. Very little nose, perhaps a little malt. Golden beer with thin lasting head. Thin texture with metallic hop finish. Not easy to love.
