Inspired from the recent wave of pale ales, Dizzy uses Amarillo and Cascade hops from the USA combined with Tipple malt to make Dizzy refreshing and light.
Fresh, bright and full of zest, this straw coloured ale, with its' distinctive sharp character and a herbal or perfume like aroma. This light refreshing beer has a clean zesty hop dominated palate complemented by a crisp dry finish.

Cask at the White Star - Liverpool. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a frothy white head. Sugary white bread on the nose with nips of juicy lemon. Light-medium sweet flavor with pale, bready malts, lemon, mild straw bitterness. Light in body with fine carbonation; good condition. Simple finish, a touch bland, more lemony hops, dry dough, straw. Fine.
