Inspired from the recent wave of pale ales, Dizzy uses Amarillo and Cascade hops from the USA combined with Tipple malt to make Dizzy refreshing and light.
Fresh, bright and full of zest, this straw coloured ale, with its' distinctive sharp character and a herbal or perfume like aroma. This light refreshing beer has a clean zesty hop dominated palate complemented by a crisp dry finish.

Cask at the The Sun Inn Summer Beer Festival, Kelvedon. Very mild haze on this pale gold beer. Residual suddy white head. Smooth palate, a little dry. Mild sweet and sour fruit salad sweets. Floral notes and then mild bitterness. Finishes light and dry. Decent.

Cask-conditioned at the Bon Accord, Glasgow 8/06/2011. Pale gold with a slight white head. Sweetish and buttery, with some apricot fruit and caramel, leading to a short bitter finish. Ok.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is slight fruity. Roasted malty and breadish and slight hoppy. Bitter and dry finish.

Golden ale. Lightly fruity aroma, maybe a little footy. Fairly bland, vaguely footy-mushroomy. Sweetish. Very little to talk about here.

Cask at NWAF 2009. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, honey, and straw. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of malt, but also lighter notes of honey, leading to a lightly bitter finish. The body is light.

Cask (gravity) @ National Winter Ales Festival 2009, Manchester, England.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, apple noes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20090123]

Cask @ The Edgar Wallace, Temple, London. Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Fruity malty and hoppy aroma with some hints of caramel. Fruity malty and hoppy flavor. Long malty bitter finish.
