Inspired from the recent wave of pale ales, Dizzy uses Amarillo and Cascade hops from the USA combined with Tipple malt to make Dizzy refreshing and light.
Fresh, bright and full of zest, this straw coloured ale, with its' distinctive sharp character and a herbal or perfume like aroma. This light refreshing beer has a clean zesty hop dominated palate complemented by a crisp dry finish.

Can picked up in a ten pack from Pentrich and posted to and shared with my dad, Monday 13th October 2925 after a very nice couple of hours in Stockport with Keef Mullin and son Carl. Pours light gold almost straw in colour with a nice soft textured white head. A little pithy citrus but very subtle, nice easy drinking beer.

Hand-pulled half-pint in the beer garden of the Wynnstay Arms, Ruabon on 31st August 2024. Clean golden blonde with a snow white head that hung about for a while. It's a weak blend of pale malts and a few hop pellets, not up to much and I couldn't even finish the half-pint!

Cask at Swan with Two Necks, Stockport (not listed in RateBeer). Pours a pale lemon with a small foamy white head and good lacing. There’s malts and bread rolls in the aroma. In the mouth it is sweet but hoppy, with some metallic character also. After a while citrus and grapefruit start to show through. Slight bitterness in the finish. This is OK, but not very exciting.

Cask 1/3 pint, gravity dispense, at the 16th Twickenham Beer & Cider Festival. Golden colour, white head. Pleasant aroma of fruity hops. The flavour is fruity, but also dryish and "dusty". Easy drinking and refreshing.
