Hazy golden color with too much head, too much carbonation. The aroma is delicate, with smoke and a fruity/flowery accent. Most of the carbonation is now gone, the mouthfeel is therefore not so dry and slim as the low ABV may suggest, good malt flavor, nice and not intrusive smoke; salty finish.
A very good sessionable beer.

On tap at Bangers and Lace. Pours a clear golden orange with a near white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a nice light smokiness with a bit of backing light grapefruit. Flavor also begins with a nice smoke note with backing grain and light fruit.

Bottle at home in London. Pours clear gold with an explosive white head. You know the type of head I mean, you pour and it’s instantly foam and just keeps growing, and growing, and growing. So that’s how it is. Once this foam subsides I’m greeted with a classic, smokey aroma of ham and minerals. Taste is a little bit of a let-down. It’s lightly sweet with some muted malt character. None of that brown sugar ham I was expecting. Some earthy bitterness. Light bodied with explosive carbonation in the mouth. Some more decent smoke comes through in the finish, some grains and earth. Something is obviously sub-optimal here, but the aroma alone keeps it pretty decent. (3.3)

Tap at CPK, London. Pours clear, bright gold with a fine white foam head. Big cured ham and smoke nose. Flavor is a bit of a let-down, lightly sweet with some toasty malts and faint caramel. Light to medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Some dry and toasty malts to finish, with some more cured and smokey ham. Kind of average overall. (3.3)

33 cl. bottle. Muddy-orange colour with a huge white head that very slow collapses to a fat cap. Fruity and smoky aroma with notes of orange, apricots and hints of ham and bacon. Light sweet, slightly smoky taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit and dried apricots. Medium body with a thin texture Bitter finish with a long duration. I am impressed by this beer, only 4 % abv. still so tasty!

Bottle from Meny Oslo City. Pours hazy golden with an enormous white head. Aroma of smoke, yeast and malt. The smoke gives me bonfire associations, it tasted like wood smoke, not much bacon flavour. Lightly sweet and smoky with a dry and slightly bitter finish. High carbonation and light body. Quite refreshing.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Murky orange color with a huge frothy white head. Smoky aroma of sausages and a bit of malt in the back. Smoky woody flavor with faint sweetness at first and lots of bitterness. Medium-bodied. A good Smoked beer.
