Kenmerkend bier van lage gisting en het kenmerkt zich door een volle smaak met bitter-zoete en kruidige afdronk. En natuurlijk door een niet gering percentage alcohol. Door de langzame lage gisting is dit een heel helder bier met een romige schuimkraag.

Bottle 300ml. shared @ queue for 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Gerlachus Beumerwalder ].Hazy medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, straw, dusty, earthy, phenolic, vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, vegetables, grain, straw, pale malt, dsuty, yeast, phenolic. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is lively. [20180921] 5-3-5-2-9

Sampled in Borefts queue day 1. Hazy orange color, medium sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, lightly sweet, old grains and (Dutch) "oud bruin broodkorstje"). Decent body, medium a bit fizzy carbonation. Meh. 6-3-6-3-11.

Waiting in line for Borefts 2018 – Day 1 Tasting. 330 ml. bottle sampled. Thank you for sharing! Amber orange, soapy white head. Nose is horrible fish guts yeast, spoiled yeast. All rubbish taste, fish guts, spoiled soggy rubber chemical, yeast, nasty, fish guts,… Fizzy yeast. Crap

Met dank aan @SVD, bedankt Stefano. Schenkt in met enorm veel koolzuur, het heeft mij zeker 15 minuten en 3 keer inschenken gekost eer ik een vol glas had. Wazig amber met licht kaki kraag. Aroma van mout, caramel, gist. Bottle at home, orange beer, small head. Aroma is sweet, malt, fruit. Taste is the same, enjoyable beer, but not really a Dortmunder style in my opinion.
