Half-pint, cask ale at Grain Loft. White patchy head, clear golden body, spotty lacing. Moderate aroma of doughy fruits. Taste of canned fruits, lightly spiced. Drying end with a fruity touch. Quite refreshing. (Manchester Airport 05.10.2018).

Fra cask på Grainy Loft, Manchester Airport. Gylden. Kritthvitt filmskum. Smørmaltaroma. Smaken søtsjokk. Smørbukk. Så vidt litt tørr i ettersmaken. Kjedelig.

1st beer of the day; 7th July 2018, Bishops Castle Beer Festival. Cask half-pint, gravity pour out of the barrel, back yard of The Boars Head. Golden amber body, white crown on top. Decent enough blend with a little citrus touch in both the aroma and taste, semi-sweet malts actually rule the flavour in this easy drinking session ale.

50cl bottle from Home Bargains. Thin white head. Clear golden pour. Bland and boring.

Tried in a bottle from a local supermarket. Deep colour with no head. Atoma light fruity and malty. Taste flat and dull. Thin lifeless body.

Cask @ Railway Inn, Meols. Mildly hazy golden ale with a small head. Has a very light fruitiness with a dirty-hoppy character.

On cask at Ridgeway Arms Mosborough - Clear straw colour body with a firm lacing white top. Nose is a bit bland but taste holds up a little with some peppery citrus. Not a world beater but a good one to have with a big fuck off steak.
