Red in colour and big in character. A citrus passion fruit and mango aroma leads to a resinous hop character and is balanced with a sweet malt finish. Brewed with American and Australian Hops.

Bottle shared at the Cad’s 10th Anniversary Tasting - CBC Clerkenwell, London. Thanks to whomever brought this one! Pours clear red-gold with a foamy, off-white head. Pretty simple gear. Sugary, with doughy and bready malts predominating, accented by ripe orange. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more sugary, bready malts. OK.

Bottle from Saucy Pears. Appearance - deep toffee rather than red. Some red chinks. Nose - toffee, biscuits. Taste - more of the same. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - more of a bitter than a red ipa. Deep in flavour but a touch sweet.

Bottle from B&M. Clear, reddy amber. Film of sticky, white head. Toffee malt. Light, ripe peach. Taste is more toffee sweetness, with a little bitterness. Clarty palate. Finish has light bitterness, but not enough to balance all the sweetness.
